Suffolk Motorhome Rentals

We have contacted our Bank to confirm fraudulent transactions. No deposit returned, no response via email, telephone calls or text messages. Beware our mobile home looked great on the outside however when we booked we wasnt told the awning was broken so out of use, the front privacy screens were broken so couldnt use. Along our journey most things we touched came off in our hand as they had badly self glued things back together. We used the camera facility constantly and another vehicle who clearly misjudged their width clipped the wing mirror. The company feels its accepted to keep hold our 2000 deposit. The main access door to the mobile home was faulty and gave up working half way through our holiday so we all had to use the drivers & front passenger door. That was myself, husband & 2 teenagers. We tried to not let this spoil our NC500 trip but definitely could have made our experience better! But on return they have really shown their true colours. I will be contacting our Bank again today to see if they have any joy! They also share premises so they are not there all the time? I would look elsewhere, we have found a lovely company called Capricorn in Wymondham I would recommend them if you in Norfolk/Suffolk.

What to say....... decided this year that we would tick one thing off the bucket list and go motorhome touring around Devon. The wifey, 10 yo son and myself. Initial booking etc was easy and all information needed. We booked the Mileo 282 with pump up awning and bbq. To say I was a little nervous to start driving such a lump was enevitable. After an hour or so it wasn't a problem. I think it was more down to it not being our property that made me nervous. Holiday was amazing, settled into a little routine when we pulled up to sites which was easy. The motorhone had everything we could of wanted a d setting up the drive away awning was easy. Handover with Matt was great, lovely guy. Will definitely look to book again for another escape. Thanks guys for making our holiday special.

Overall service levels were very good. Two minor issues with interior fittings (hence only 4 stars) were quickly reported and noted on return. Vehicle was very clean and mechanically sound. Much easier to drive than anticipated. Handovers, on both collection and return, were straightforward and efficient. All communications were very personalised and responded to quickly. Recommended.

We hired the Bailey Autograph and toured the west coast of Scotland and the Outer Hebrides. The motorhome was fantastic coping with the hills and the one track lanes with ease. The layout was brilliant and made for very comfortable travelling. Above all I have found the customer service outstanding from the get go. Friendly, informative, reassuring and just lovely to deal with. Thank you Amy for making it easy and thank you Matt for being on the end of the phone 24/7 to help this motorhome roomie deal with the obvious! We will be hiring from you again.
