Avoid. We bought a car last year from here and I reported lights come up on the dash. The car is moving and shuddering which it shouldnt when accelerating. Ive contacted the garage via email and phone and heard nothing it was under the 3 month warranty i took it in and the lights were cleared on the dash and they couldnt find a fault. Ive been told by an independent mechanic that the lights were cleared as the job that needs doing is costly. Absolutely disgusted.

Brought my Grandland X in for a engine issue check. Found out to be a known timing belt fault with model. Vauxhall agreed fix but part on back order unknown date of fix. No courtesy car available from stellantis and no offer to help other than ring Vauxhall UK. Vauxhall UK states the dealer should book a car for me and they will pay. As the manager is off the service agent doesn't want to help. Now day 10 without a car and counting.... Good old customer service...
