        Despicable. This company owns the freehold of our flat and for the past 4 months have been ignoring our repeated attempts to contact them about an massive leak on the roof which is leaking water constantly into 3 flats and is molding away. Legally we can't fix it ourselves and they just ignoring us. Shame on you.
