        the worst shop in the area I prefer to go to tesco, service 1 star, I think the owners are working, sometimes I will send a parcel but nothing else.

        It's probably been more than 2 years I visited the franchise post office in this convenient store because it used to be at the back. Now the post office is at the front of the entrance. I has a broadband box to return on my way to the Grove's medical center. The package was missing address, but I think it had faded the address though I went back to the Lady, she was very polite & in line she was very polite & seems to know her regular customer who was elderly. She was friendly to her. And wasn't perturbed that I went back to her to explain twice, she was still friendly & it wasn't a problem that I bothered her again. I'm THANKFUL for her explaining to me again because I wanted to return this malfunction box so badly HENCE great service overall with a smile .
