While we wont be using hello neighbour because they dont have what we need, they do have the decency to be honest and apologetic about things without making excuses. That to me shows integrity and imo estate agents rarely have that.

They are one of the worst estate agents for tenants I have seen so far. They dont have courtesy to share Host Name and Number at the time of the visit, and they have got me to wait twice outside the property.

Unfortunately I didnt have a positive experience and this was mostly due to the lady I spoke with, she seemed like she could care less, seemed half asleep, when I asked to arrange a viewing for a property in reading to rent, she said Monday was booked, after a long silence I had to ask ok them is there another day etc, to be told very vaguely no, so I had to ask well does that mean the property is therefore off the market to which she just replied yes, it was like pulling teeth! I am also in the market to buy and I can say with confidence that if a seller is using this company and especially if the lady I spoke to was dealing with sale, I would run in the opposite direction, the lady I spoke with could either do with getting a job she cares about, or training on what customer service is, pass.

If I could give the agents 0 stars I would. Viewed a property on Thursday 30th of March with the agency. Amazing property was ready to offer straight away, called the company to place offer to be told they could not take offers over the phone and to submit via online link which they sent. Great, online process was a little temperamental but got there in the end and submitted my offer. Called the office Friday and was told it will be 48 working hours until they would hear from the landlord. So each day I was checking the online portal for an update, as anyone would when they excited about a property. Then it turned a new week and still not answer or result, called Tuesday and was told 48 working hours again, the landlord is still deciding. So I proceeded to wait, a week goes by, we are now at Thursday, I did not want to keep waiting as these things should not take this long when I was told offers were made on the day. To then be told oh the landlord accepted an offer earlier this week above asking. I check on my portal and my offer is still in the offer made stage. To which the lady on the phone said I should have been contacted, but yet I was regularly chasing and no one had an answer for me even after they knew the landlord accepted someone else. Quite appealing service and their communication skills were very poor. Will not being using them again, hopefully others will receive more help than I did. Better yet after I called up, they then sent me an email to say it was rejected. But you should not have to chase 4 times, the agents should be more proactive and informative throughout the process
