Spoke to the 'new' pharmacist yesterday afternoon. She was 'prickly' and defensive; not a pleasant experience. Nowhere near as helpful as Amy.

My wife had the contraceptive implant, it was all good, the nurse was very kind and she felt nothing at all, but after 3 weeks we did a pregnancy test and the result was POSITIVE. We went back to remove the Implant, but before that my wife asked them to do the test again to make sure she was pregnant or not, but for some reason they didnt even made the test again, just removed the implant straight away Now i just found out she is not pregnant by a blood test We spoke to Flora, she was quite rude to me, didnt let me stay with my wife, so she had to beg Flora to call me, i dont fking know what she was thinking since she knew it i was her husband. Anyways, the staff in general are very kind by i DONT RECOMMEND NO ONE to have a contraceptive implant with them, now my wife is not pregnant and she doesnt have the implant neither, just a waste of time
