Marion Grob has looked after me several times over the last 13 years or so. More recently in 2021. Marion is kind, caring, professional and highly skilled. There is no one else I would trust more. She gives an honest opinion based on your needs, not to fulfil her own interests. I feel she is always honest about what can be achieved, so expectations are always met. I am very grateful to Ms Grob for looking after me, from the start to the end and over the years I have discovered that shes always there, should you need her.

Synopsis: Despite our expectation that she would do a surgical procedure herself, scheduled the procedure with someone who was not covered by our medical insurance policy. Then refused to treat us. Following that, despite refusing us care, refused to refund our initial consultation fee. Dr Marion Grob was proposed to my wife by her medical insurance company since she was covered by my wife's policy. We had an initial consultation and then arranged a date for a surgical procedure. Three days before the procedure, we received the hospital admission letter and discovered that the procedure was to be done by Dr Grob's partner and not by Dr Grob herself. We had not been told by Dr Grob that this would be the case. Dr Grob's partner was not covered by my wife's medical insurance policy and since Dr Grob was unavailable to do the procedure herself, we had to cancel it with less than 24 hours to go. My wife was very put out since she had had to negotiate time off from her workplace. We expressed our disappointment in the way this had been handled. Dr Grob then refused to reschedule the procedure (in other words, refused to treat us). Furthermore, despite refusing us care, she refused to refund the initial consultation fee.
