        What a shambles why doesn't senior management come and sort this out? Long long wait times, 2 queues that are not necessarily clear to people what they are....how can it take so long to just pick up prescription drugs!!!

        Having travelled an hour to get there for an item which showed on the website ' in stock' , the item was not available and was not in stock. I explained to the staff member that the website needs to be updated to reflect this. Bad service from seemingly disinterested staff. Be warned - No Day Nurse!

        Something very wrong with this establishment. Waited 40 mins for 2 items and told to come back in the afternoon for the second medicine. Came back and was told I would need to request it again from my doctor. They could have called me.
