Worse hospital ever. My son broke his wrist and came in pain and waiting for 2 hours already. When I asked if anyone is going to see my child, they said 2 hours. The lady here was more busy to type at the laptop instead of checking the people waiting. NSH is nothing but an expensive nightmare.

Arrived tonight about 7.40pm straight from rugby training with my son with a suspected broken collar bone! Ouch! We had to wait a short time to check in 5 -10 mins but after was sent straight to a triage cubicle and was given pain killers immediately and taken to x ray. Again did not have to wait long for an x ray and then was sent down to urgent care unit. Here the wait was a long time but we was seen just under 3 hours. Then doctor and support staff were amazing. Confirmed broken collar bone in 2 places, cut his clothes off fixed him with a sling and gave stronger pain relief before sending us home Even showed him his x ray so he ciukd show his team mates Thank you Kingston a ^ e You are doing a great job but obviously over stretched Annoyingly people are still going there for coughs n minor things that coyod be dealt with at home over time Ms N Miscampbell

I would give 0 if the option would be there, 15 hours wait and no diagnosis, sure they did some tests in between, however, after someone missreported on a scan, everyone started forgeting about the patient, who was having acute severe pain. No words can describe such an awful experience!
