DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Independently East lured me into investing in a bond account with them in January 2020, to start paying one year later and are still yet to pay the advised 4.25% interest rate. I asked to withdraw my money in June 2021 and still don't have it back (December 2022).

I specifically requested a Capital Gains Calculation on the sale of a property, however was never provided with the calculation I needed, only further quotes to obtain these calculations. Steven probably has good financial advice and in particular in regard to pensions, however I'm very disappointed to have paid for calculations i never received.

I quit my job to go it alone and I didn't know the best ways to maximise my profits as a sole trader. Steven helped me understand it a bit more and now I'm earning a lot more than my old job. His service is truly quality and that I am grateful for.
