Really horrible customer service, and guys don't send your Amazon parcels to this shop. They will damage your parcel!!!!

Awful experience and terrible customer service! I had a parcel delivered to the store via UPS. I received a notification from the delivery service to say it was ready for collection. When I arrived home from work, I went to Robin Hood food and wine to collect my parcel to which I was told there had been no UPS deliveries that day. The shop keeper took my name and looked through the pile of parcels and insisted that the amazon parcel I could see was not mine. He told me to try again at 7pm. I went back at 7pm, to be told that there were still no deliveries. I asked him to contact UPS, he refused. I asked if I could check the parcels myself and proceeded to. Only to find my parcel was there; the exact parcel he insisted wasn't mine. I then asked him if he had lied and he said yes. I don't know why he lied to me, but I can only assume he was being dishonest and wanted to keep my parcel.
