Ben is a first class plumber. He had to attend to a heating/water problem several times, not through his own doing, but solved it eventually, and always with a smile! I was expecting a big bill for his trouble but he only charged for the parts and initial labour. That is what I call an honest decent tradesman. Services: Water heater repair, Faucet repair

Have you ever been disappointed that after searching and searching you eventually find a plumber that you feel immediately confident in and then find you cant wait! Well we found Ben, he totally understood the problem and we were more than happy to wait however in the end the job became urgent and we had no choice but to call in basically the first plumber that could fit us in. Fortunately, things are hopefully going to turn out but we still have Ben's number... How the hell can you get a 5* review without him even picking up a hammer? Just call him and before you say anything, he's not my son!

An excellent job from a very reliable firm. We have used Ben for many years and have recommended him to all our friends. This time we had a bath replaced and re tiled it was done quickly with the minimum of mess and another first rate job. A big thanks to Lewis who did a fantastic job of the tiling and finished off the bathroom - a really excellent workman.

We have used this company many times and have always been pleased with their service. This time they did a complete refurbishment of our bathroom and are delighted with the results. We found that both Ben and Lewis were completely professional, polite, organised and skillful. We feel that whoever we deal with from this company the work will always be of an exceptionally high standard. They were always punctual and consulted us on our preferences at every stage. They were always pleasant to have around and we feel that they gave really good value. We were most impressed and would recommend them to anyone.
