        Poor customer service. Was shouted racist abuse on the phone (I was born and bred in the UK, not that it's ok if I wasn't) when asking for an inspection report. Either he had something to hide or the owner is bigoted. There's a lot more reliable and friendlier people to deal with, I wouldn't risk it here.
