        Would highly recommend this firm. Our 65" TV kept going off so we asked at the Consett shop. They collected the TV the next day and even though they could find no fault (think it was the google chromecast causing the problem) they returned the TV the next week and only charged 24 for the service. Very polite and helpful staff.
