    Wish I could give them 0 star reviews. Absolute joke of a company. Booked a taxi for 1:30. Rang at 2:00 when they were half an hour late and said they were 15 minutes away. An hour later still no sign of them so called and said they wouldn't be coming to pick us. Never experienced service as bad as them

    Pre booked taxi from lanchester to consett 36 hours prior to collection. Taxi turned up an hour earlier than booked. Driver rang office to confirm the booking time and taxi was still required at correct time. 15 minutes prior to collection time voice mail to say booking was cancelled due to no available taxi! Not acceptable - why take the booking with advance notice! Have babysitter looking after our son. Poor service happy to speak to company as the call handler said they cannot send taxi and have already told us several times and stop phoning! Absolutely appalled with the customer service and support offered! Tried to submit complaint via the app but will not accept this!!!

    Booked a taxi a day in advance for a Sunday evening. Taxi didn't arrive so called and was advised it was 10-15 mins late. 20 mins after the booking (we had a table booked for dinner so running late at this point), called again to be advised the next available car would be sent to us. Cancelled at this point and drove ourselves! Staff on the phones were helpful and apologetic. Seemed as though they had to deal with these issues regularly.
