Activate Physiotherapy @ Spartan Performance

Been under activate a few times in the last 24 months but this last time for 8 months due to back/hip issues, Alex has been brilliant, although I thought I would never get back to training what I was used to Alex reassured me that I would but would have to be patient. My back/hip issues are a thing of the past. Highly recommended

Ive been going to activate for close to 6 years now and they have fixed everything Ive brought to them. From muscle spasms to breaks. Their use of the facilities at Spartan Performance for specific sports rehab is fantastic and the communication between gym and physios is A*! Ive recommended them time and time again and Ill continue to do so whenever Im in the North East!

After injuring my ankle at the end of September in a rugby match, Alexs great work has got my ankle back match ready and stronger than it was before. Improved my confidence in the gym and my overall strength is higher than it was before the injury! Couldnt thank him enough for pushing me through every step of the way.

Great experience from start to finish with Alex. Did amazing work on my back and helped me find an exercise routine that works around my needs while also giving me pointers (and the motivation) to finally get myself into a gym. Highly recommend
