Moved into a property with an alarm fitted by these guys, sent an email about getting a new system and CCTV installed - which was just ignored.
I then gave them a call to find out about my existing alarm system, last maintained by them a few months ago, to be advised I need to pay a call out fee just to get basic information on being able to use my system.
For a company that sells security products theyve left me feeling vulnerable and unsafe.
Id of happily spent a fair amount of money with these people but they obviously dont want the business.
Thanks for nothing.
