System failed in less than a year 7 months faulty equipment but wanted us to pay for them to come out and fix it be careful what you sign up for money is what matters to these people not customer service

I had a burglary in my home on 10/7/2022 and crooks stole video recorder, messed up cameras so they would not work. My front door (steel security door) was pryed open with a crow bar. The crooks searched thye house stealing assorted jewelery, what ever they could turn into cash. Simply put my private home was violated. I hired locksmith who fixed and replaced lock in front door. I then remembered that my cameras did not work prior to the robbery. I believe the crooks disabled the cameras allowing them to do the burglary. It was an inside job in my opinion as I was set up and cased. I went online looking for someone to fix or get my cameras operating again. The answer was Jay CCTV solutions who came at my request the same day. I was fearful of leaving my home without the cameras worried the crooks would return to repeat their illegal violation of my home. I am pleased to endorse them for being reasonable in price, prompt and very professional,and greatful for their fine work helping me a senior citizen 73 living in same house.
