        Frequently. closed over lunchtime, including today 13th Jan 2023, note on the wall saying back around 2pm. Not good when the only time you can get there is on your lunchbreak.

        Shocking wait! The young lad in the counter didnt know where The Isle of Wight was!! Then when I asked him about a PO travel card he said he didnt know anything about them and that I had to ask the lad on the phone counter!! After I had already waited in the queue for over 10 mins. I thought that you had to be qualified or at least trained to work in a Post Office! The lad who served me should clearly not be working in a Post Office!

        The staff are really friendly, helpful, and consistently go above and beyond but the services are lacking when you compare it to the previous post office. They also need more tills because it's always at least a 15-20 minute wait. I have to post things often for my business and dread the inevitable queue I know I'm going to be stuck in.

        Being part of a phone shop the new post office only has 2 tills for normal post business. So expect long queues.
