Shocking customer service, won't rectify issues without an argument. Ordered meal deal, of which part was missing - tried to charge 4 for redelivery (because i also asked for more food in additon, to be delivered at the same time). Total order - approx 60. Won't be using again, staff impolite and "manager" even worse.

Thank you, quick delivery for a Saturday night. excellent pizza with all the correct toppings on, we also ordered hot and spicy wings which for me are lush, thank you

Absolute Joke ! took a lifetime to explain probably, something that doesn't come any easier. A (Large) tray of kebab meat, please. Kebab meat, salad etc etc. No just meat please, that's it. Paid 4.00 Was told 2 night bef by the gentleman that served me that night, was 3.00, for a small. 5.00, for a LARGE ! So Asked for a Large, 4.00 ? Where I said is that a large ? cause it'll be more ? Just didn't answer at all haha. Anyway, went across the rd to the shop while it was being sorted. Come back couple of mins later. Too a SMALL tray of meat. Said no sorry that wasn't it. After just having been in and got the same 2 nights bef. Asked for a Large ! Which he knew full well. Salad ? No still no salad, thanks. Just meat in a tray only Large and not small like you tried to pass off as large, thanks. So, I can't be sure obv, but it was laughable the amount that was there. Compared to couple of days bef. Looked like very small amount I hadn't asked for, had prob been tipped into a large tray, and likely a couple of extra tongue fulls added to it. Nicely fluffed up to look way more than was acctually there I said, it will be extra cause its bigger. Yes a 1.00. Fair do's, it's more. Give him the 1.00 No 2.00, says ahh has it gone up from 2 nights ago then ? Completely ignored that question altogether ! Got it home, was about half the amount of the last lot I'd got couple of days bef. It's not the obvious ripping customers off of a daft 1.00 found that funny if anything. Its the principle of it. Try to pass a small off as a large, then the whole rigmarole of clearly pretending not to know what I was asking for, then stick a quid on for the sake of it. Haha good luck with ya shop pal
