I can not recommend Sarah enough! At Hold Your Own, although there is a huge focus into improving your physical fitness Sarah also prioritises your mental wellbeing too which is something very rare these days. Sarah is always on hand to answer any questions and provides inundated support for all clients, from day one she made me feel comfortable in group training, something which I was very cautious of as entering a gym or working out with people I didnt know was a very daunting thought once upon a time. A gym with no egos, simply a supportive and happy family. It goes without saying she makes you work (very hard), and you certainly wont be leaving the door without dripping of sweat but its absolutely worth it. Its the best feeling in the world having a trainer that lives and breathes her job in order to get results for her clients, she is absolutely incredible!

Sarah is a fantastic trainer I wouldn't go anywhere else. I started Sarah's mummy bootcamp classes after having my baby. Sarah supported me to achieve my goals and I've managed to loose all my baby weight and keep it off. As Sarah is a mum herself, she made me feel comfortable and welcome from the start, which was lovely as I felt very self conscious and uncomfortable especially after having a baby. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone.
