Iv been with this opticians for 23 years. They have always been very kind and polite.. I was most disappointed and pretty upset today for how I was spoken to over the phone, I missed an appointment due to an important meeting with my lawyer .. not realizing the time.. this appointment was indeed very last minute booked by my opticians.. I warned them i had a meeting and that i might struggle to get there on time. When I called up to apologise i was given a snappy attitude which has left me very upset..After 23 years of being a customer I think it's time I find another options.

Friendly helpful staff made my visit a pleasure. This is a newly opened independent opticians with a great selection of new frames. There was a previous opticians business at the same premises. Im glad to see that a new company has taken over the premises and modernised the place.

Absolutely amazing ,i had such a lovely experience from start to finish.Thorough eye exam from a very friendly optician .Will definitely return .
