I found Stairlift Express on FB Marketplace and to be honest I haven't had good experience of businesses who market there BUT these guys were very professional, NO hidden costs, ALWAYS replies, GREAT reviews and the installation was quick and courteous and painless - I would highly recommend.

Great communications throughout.Very fast and efficient installation with no mess. Refurbished unit is compact and was in excellent condition. My 90 year Mother is delighted. Even had a follow up call from the company. Highly recommended.

From the first phone call to the installation stairlift express were helpful, informative and very professional in every way. I wanted a straight stairlift for my elderly parents and after a couple of phone calls they had recommended a stairlift and booked it in for fitting with minimum fuss. The fitter kept us informed of his arrival time on the day and the lift was fitted in 90 minutes with no mess or fuss. He was polite and courteous at all times. He also took his time to explain the operation and features to my parents. Thank you so much. The stairlift supplied works a treat with warranty and free 12 month service. I cannot recommend stairlift express highly enough and you should look no further is you are looking to purchase a stairlift. They are unbeatable on price, quality and customer service .
