Julie, Jennifer and Lisa were fantastic through a lengthy and stressful house purchase (no fault of theirs). They kept us informed of any changes, were always pleasant to talk to on the phone and via email, and Jennifer even tried to find us alternative accommodation in the area after we had sold our house (out of area) and before we could move into our new one - she really went above and beyond.
