        I would like to thank all Thomas Cook personell who looked after our grandson Frankie-Ray when his mum had to be admited to hospital in Turkey,due to the serious nature of our daughters illness she has had to stay in hospital and is not allowed to fly home,so it was arranged to fly Frankie-Ray home with an escort of two young ladies who had been looking after him in Turkey,we met him at Gatwick on the 16/9/2016 along with the two young ladies who i should have got their names but silly me didnt,really cant thank you all enough for looking after Frankie but also our daughter Sarah who is still there and bored,absolute first class customer relations,cant big the company enough.
