My family have dealt with Premier insurance for all of our insurances now for years including business, home and car. We used to use comparison sites and had fallen foul of a few issues in the past, such as missing certificates and even insurance being cancelled without notice (junk folder of emails!). With a broker like Premier there is non of that worry, or uncertainty. Kevin & Gary are quick to pick up on any issues or inaccuracies and resolve them. We had some problems with a claim that was taking a while to get a response to, but once we notified them Kevin stepped in and got it moving instantly. He is very good at explaining things in plain english that are often confusing when dealing directly with the insurance companies themselves. Would highly recommend them. Fantastic customer service always.
