        Im disabled and instead of helping me into the car the driver shoved me in the boot? Driver said I can sit in roof rack if I would be more comfortable , How are they still working ?

        Booked a taxi for a hospital appointment the day before. It didn't show up, so I rang and they said they'd get me one right away. Still didn't turn up. Missed my hospital appointment I'd been waiting months for. Not the first time this has happened with them. Never using again! I suspect it's because I'm foreign. The owner Jay is a racist.
