Poor workmanship warranty not worth the paper it's written on . Would never buy another or recommend to anyone. Look out for stress cracks on the back side panels which the warranty doesn't cover.

I've worked at Explorer House since April 2021 and absolutely love it. There have been lots of changes throughout the company and there are lots of opportunities for new and existing staff to progress. Everyone I work with and deal with have always been lovely to work with and extremely supportive. I can whole heartedly recommend working here.

Bought our Xplore 304 in January 2020. Every year without fail the service engineer has found damp. Not small readings, last year 70% above the front windows this year 60% near the wheel arch under the kitchen and 38% in the front window again, despite it being repaired l. I would never buy another caravan from Elddis. Their workmanship is shocking

Well done. A professional and welcoming attitude to visitors of this site. A lesson could be learnt by many buissnesses on how to deal with public/customers by heading the protocol and attitude of this company. No doubt they are as professional inside Thier industry as much as they are outside Thier gates aswell
