I've been going to Katie for 6 months now for hair removal and I'm so happy with the results. My hair growth is a lot slower and not as thick or dark as it was previously. Katie made me feel so welcome from the first time I met her and makes you feel like you're going to see a friend. The new premises are immaculate and beautifully designed. I visited Katie after developing pain in my foot. Katie gave a thorough assessment of my feet and identified the problem, and then explained it to me in normal words no jargon. Katie is very friendly and professional and offers a wide range of treatments. Everything is explained as she goes which allows for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Katie. I have been to see Katie for a few treatments now and each time she has been professional and friendly. Katie talks through each treatment with you, making you feel at ease the whole time. The clinic is easy to find and clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Booking treatments is very easy via her website or Facebook, which is great for people like me who hate talking on the phone. I now only see Katie regularly for my specific treatments. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
