Great gym, no judging and membership is a good price for what you then have access too. Plenty of things in the gym and an all round good place for anyone's gym goals

A very welcoming, top class facility. Tucked away in Consett lies this top end gym with a very reasonable price tag. It pretty much caters for a huge range of training styles, and as the name would suggest, you could build a very good core fitness level here from nothing. Besides the high end equipment here, the guys that run the gym are very friendly and welcoming. For me it was the best thing in Consett, not a hard thing albeit, but defiantly a credit to George and Neil. All the best to you guys and your community, I've now moved out of the area hence my absence. Cheers,
