        Purchased cushion flooring ordered 4x3 metres and when it arrived it was cut to 4 x 2.7m House was upside down and it was 4pm on a Friday night Fitter suggested we put a strip to cover the gap . Stupidly my husband agreed I called the shop and they are just really not interested . They said they would reorder a new piece .. then said they wouldnt Ive paid for 4x3m and have never got that They have refused a refund They said our measurements were wrong and said they would need to come and measure then refused to come out Really really poor customer service and care and once they have your money they are not interested in helping you Total con men Company should be ashamed of themselves
