Fantastic shop, lovely owners, great staff, love coming in for a warm welcome every time.

**EDIT** Don't visit this poor excuse for a corner shop... barely human owners (especially the female who scowls like a possessed demon), filthy surroundings and products that you can get 's cheaper elsewhere... Terrible shop with surly, rude staff - everytime I go there to charge my gas card, there's an audible sigh from the 'owner' and a 'would you like to buy anything else ?'... If the answer to that was yes, I would have asked or brought it to the counter !!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS STORE MORE STARS. HOW EVER I WENT IN ON FRIDAY FOR TWO PARCELS AND I GOT TOLD TO COME BACK MONDAY WHICH I DID TO FIND THE OWNER HAD SEND BOTH MY PARCELS BACK 9 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS DUE TO GO BACK SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO OWNER AND I GOT IGNORED SO I ASKED AGAIN AND I GOT IGNORED AGAIN I READ ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE SHOP THINKING IT COULD NOT BE THAT BAD BUT I AGREE WITH ALL THEM POOR PEOPLE WHO HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE SHOP THE SHOP IS ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL IVE ONLY BEEN IN THIS SHOP TWICE AND THATS ENOUGH FOR ME MY PARCEL WHERE AT CONSETT AND I LIVE AT EASTGATE JUST BESIDE STANHOPE SO ITS NOT A TEN MINUTE JOURNEY OME VERY UN HAPPY LADY

I go in everyday, the shop staff/ owner is very happy kind and welcoming and it overall just a really good shop, if you want a quick drink I would deffinatly recommend it's also great because I can go there on the way to school or coming back from the park. Thanks
