Moira's Conversations That Convert course helped me to achieve a real shift in my sales mindset. I not only learned sales techniques, it has given me the habit of preparing for sales conversations using what I learned on the course. During the course I looked back on sales conversations that had not converted in the past, I reflected on what the objections to the sale were, and I thought about how I could convert those objections into sales in the future. I know now that in the future, I will be able to convert those objections into sales, and that means that the money I invested in this course will repay itself over and over again. Not everyone can be a natural salesperson, but if like me, you are a business owner that needs to invest in your sales skills, then Moira Barnes is the go-to person.

Ive just completed the online session of Selling with Heart with Moira through DO Business Network - DBN Masterclass series and can thoroughly recommend her sales training. It was sooo good, taking us through the whole process stage by stage with hints and tips as to how we can improve our practice at each one. Provided me with lots of food for thought and plenty of tasks to tick off my to do list. Thank you Moira.

Sales is a tricky subject. We all want to sell but don't want to be 'that' person who's known to be a smarmy sales person... Moira's training is fantastic for those who aren't comfortable selling their products or services... I for one, feel infinitely more confident in asking for the sale in a non 'salesy, pushy' way. I highly recommend Moira's training to anyone who wants to up their sales game.
