Went to glenroyd house in 2012 year abouts why as my jobseekers allowance was sanctioned. no money for not doing enough to find work job search. and not turning up for appointment at jobcentre at 10am. notwell that's why.anyway they they did help me twice with food parcels third time they said dont comeback here anymore. I said dont worry I won't I dont want your out of date food stuff. anyway I starved for a long time. This time with virus about they sent a food parcel in March inasjed for help. them that are vulnerable and cant get out for shopping like me. as I am all alone no help from anyone.I was gratefull. i phoned them up again they got someone to do shopping for me. Then I phoned them up again they said they couldn't help you. would have to book a slot on line for food at supermarket. to busy supermarket to get a slot cant afford the minimum spend anyhow and some charge delivery.just had to do without notwell me tired all the time found out I have dietbetes was told on border line with live mustn't drink alcohol anymore got arthritis aswell pain in shoulders arms and back. found out about this at Durham hospital. I have irritable bowel syndrome aswellhad a colon operation at shotley bridfe hospital in 2013 year to stop me having accidents in trousers. Take medication for it and other medication for cardiovascular cholesterol and suffer from depression.Anyway I cant get out the house much. Alot of pain in my back. The money I get is not much to live on electric and Bill's to pay out of it. Buy some food it doesn't go along way. not eating right cant afford to it's as simple as that. cant afford to cloth myself properly. I dont drink alcohol anymore. but I do smoke tobacco that's not cheap 15. last me four days. anyway I phoned citizens advice bureau up Durham. told them I had a debt of 600 electric and my situation. told them I couldn't get out to shop tired all the time in pain she told me there is help out there I said is there. no one not helping me I said. I said I got a fridge freezer off Hanover housing and it has been defrosting and frosting fulltime that hasn't help my guts either put it outside this week. no fridge atall now no food aswell got no money anyhow.Anyway citizen advice told me to claim pip so I did went through the procedure on phone they took my bank details and sort code said if you get better let us no I said am getting citizen advice to help me fill form out over phone. anyway you dont go for medical with this virus about they ascess you by letter evidence off doctor or hospital Letter evidence.Anyway on the phone they said if we find out that you are not telling the truth about your claim we can stop your money what you have already to live on. 40 extra month to lose my entitlement to benefit of 240 a fortnight. not right if they say you not entitled to it. it's hard to get that benefit you have to be either six months to live or half dead to get it. anyhow not taking your advice citizen advice bureau I cant work am on the sick with depression and I have other health issues. not listening to any of these people they will make you alot worse off than what you are now.and glenroyd house give you food to help a bit but I never forgot what they said to me years ago at this food bank when I was starving the third time Dont comeback here anymore they said. I won't and I said i dont want your out of date food either I would rather starve.
