Ive been coming here for about a year. I cant say all of my haircuts are bad but the last 3 have been terrible. The main guy/owner seems great but on a Saturday the standard drops. Went in for a normal short back and sides, leave the topcame out chav style clipper all over no joke. I had to stop the hair cut to keep some left on the top, the no.1 on the sides seemed to go right up to the crown leaving just a patch of turf up topI then basically said Id be leaving and was asked if I wanted anything off top; not wanting to leave completely bald I decided I would allow the bare minimum to be snipped off. The guy seemed determined to have me leave completely bald, but luckily I could explain that if he continued his rampage I would have zero hair leftto give some contextthe 1/2 on the sides was the same as the top of my headwords dont quite do justice as to how terrible this is. They say you pay for what you get however in this instance I would argue that we should all avoid this place and not risk getting a chav buzz cut all over. On a slight positive, it literally took 30 seconds to dry my hair, downside is that once dry, I realised I still looked terrible. Cheap as chips BUT youll look like a chip after. To summarise, theyve lost a regular client who would have gone for years, but more importantly, I hope they learn that a back and sides is actually the back and sides of a headonce youre clipper is on the top of a head, you should know youve f*cked upI swear the weekend staff are car washers during the week, zero skill. Ignore the cheap cost and go somewhere that doesnt leave you looking like a convict with a toupee The only positive out of this is that the difference between a good and bad haircut is two weeksand thankfully Ill have somewhere else booked in two weeks time. The overall experience has left me reminiscing on lockdown cuts that the gf didand even she knew that clippers in the top of a head would result in a similar feeling to stepping in dog sh*t Needless to say, I wont be returning and although its a shame to take business away, the sheer inadequacies and inconsistencies have forced me to go elsewhere, pay more and end up feeling less like a villain in some sort of Austin powers film Service: Fade cut
