        Not only are you deciding to close the local branch but on the last day the branch is open your staff wouldnt accept a payment of cash which we wanted to pay into an account. The reason being its our last day and we arent taking any money today! Your a bloody bank???!!!

        3 times tried to deposit a cheque. First time arrived at 2.45 and branch shuts at 2.30 everyday!. Next day 2 windows and a small queue but after 25 mins gave up as they hadn't finished with the first 2 customers. Tried again the next day and gave up after 15mins as same again but this time queue was at the door!!. No wonder they are closing the branch in September. Sign says use the local post office but as all banks are closing the queue their was long....

        There was a cue today but not surprised as its coming up to a holiday weekend staff got cue down quickly and where where pleasant.
