Fantastic service as well as very knowledgeable help in choosing gear. Superb stock for a small shop. We will definitely visit again

Rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Don't bother. To the male owner, if you're going to work in customer service, provide some dignified and polite customer service.

Despite excellent stock (carried at the premium prices you would expect if you buy it on location) I was disappointed with the customer service. I found the gentleman behind the counter abrupt and rude. Despite needing several items we just turned tail and left. Such a a shame that a well stocked local business can let itself down with unfortunate service. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but it wasnt a great experience.

Went to look for some equipment on one of the hottest days with my granddaughter who had an ice lolly, not realising ice creams werent allowed ( fair enough) and was immediately met with a very rude man telling me we couldnt come in with an ice cream. There is a nicer way of telling someone pal. No people skills at all and lost our custom
