Located just before the centre of Coniston, everything is a short stroll away. The double room has an incredible view over the perfectly manicured gardens and up to the nearby hills. The room and bed were comfortable and warm.
Breakfast was delicious - I'd definitely recommend the full English!
If we have the opportunity to visit the Lake District again, we'd definitely check here first for availability.

Both judith and zeke were absolutely great very helpful and welcoming
The rooms are beautiful we had a fabulous mountain view we were in the peach room.
Very clean and comfortable we both had a great night's sleep.
Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and really delicious, judith told me all locally sourced produce and the quality was incredible.
The property is literally a 2 min walk into town
Free parking as well qe both loved everything everything about the place
We will hopefully be back
