        The Nadarra Spa at the Coniston Hotel it beautifully situated with huge windows in every direction overlooking the scenery of the dales. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam are lovely and being a week day was very clean and quiet. Julia did a full body massage for me as a treatment. She was absolutely outstanding. I felt she took time to understand me and what I wanted to get from the treatment. She made me feel an individual who mattered. The massage itself was perfect. (I do have regular massages and know the difference). This was much more expensive than regular massages but Julia made this worthwhile. If I return I would definitely request her again. 5 Star Treatment.

        What surroundings. The outside jacuzzi infinity pools had such a tranquil vista over a lake. One slight hiccup (that I'll email the spa about) but overall, a luxurious experience I would highly recommend
