Granville House holiday cottage

Excellent base to explore the area, especially good for keen walkers. Clean, well maintained and plenty of space for 6 guests. Very thoughtful hosts.

We had a fabulous Xmas break at the cottage . Lovely warm and welcoming , with everything we needed for the festivities. Would love to return in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor life both in the cottage gardens and surrounding area .

This is one of the best cottages I have stayed in .Jeanne and Richard have thought of everything with the greatest attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Everything is provided that you could possibly want even down to a telescope to watch the stars .There is a fantastic array of kitchen equipment making it easy to prepare meals together with supplies of things you may have forgotten to bring. The aga gave it a very homely feel and welcome warmth. The eggs from their own hens are delicious and conservation and the environment are at the heart of their garden and home. I thoroughly recommend a stay at Granny's house.

Absolutely wonderful cottage in the most beautiful location. Was everything the website described and more. We loved our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. There is everything you could ever need in the cottage and more. Jeanne and Richard you are brilliant hosts and really have thought of everything. I must say something about the garden wow wow wow. We have been to lots of cottages around thd UK but we have never seen a garden so beautiful. We liked seeing the nosey chickens every day too.
