I am over the moon with my beautiful Mini Cooper convertible. I had been looking for one that had 'reasonably good' mileage and was in 'good' condition. When I spotted one at Conisbrough Motor Company that was not only at a good price, but had a mere 10500 miles on the clock, and was in absolutely immaculate condition, I simply couldn't get it out of my head. I enquired straight away, and was given further information and also sent a video that showed it in all its glory (since I was not local, and could not visit before deciding to buy). The car looks and, I now know, also feels, brand new. Dealing with the company (Andy and Julie) was a delight. They were very patient with me, not at all pushy, and let me come to them. I felt very safe in their hands, having read other reviews. In addition, once I had decided to purchase, Andy gave me a guarantee that should I arrive to pick up the car and it was not exactly as described (i.e. basically brand new condition), my deposit would be returned and my travel paid for. Of course, everything was as described, the whole process was utterly smooth, and I am absolutely delighted with my new car. I look forward to driving to it every day. I would definitely be happy to use this company again in the future.

As an online customer you always take a bit of a gamble when purchasing a car you've never seen before you. To see it start, hear it tick over, check the condition and take it for a drive. Andy, and the team at Conisbrough, were absolutely first class from start to finish. It's been roughly two months since I bought my mini from Conisbrough, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. From the no pressure sales, providing in depth videos of the vehicle so I had confidence in the car I was buying, to the immaculate car I bought. On the day of collecting the car it couldn't have been smoother, everything was made simple by Andy and the lovely staff. Really grateful and would highly recommend.

I travelled all the way from Wales to pick up my car. Andy was fantastic answered all my questions, offered to pick me up from the train station and ensured there was petrol in the car so I didn't have to worry about getting home safely. The service was second to none and I would definetly travel all the way back to Conisbrough to buy another car in the future. Thank you Andy.

Where to start with this amazing company! My husband rang Andy in the morning as the perfect car popped up by sheer luck! We were already travelling by train from Cornwall to view a car that we werent 100% sure on. The moment my husband saw the car online he rang and explained our situation and of course being on the train the phone signal wasnt ideal, but the patience and understanding given to this set the bar very high from the start. We arrived at the station and got straight into a taxi and we were greeted upon arrival by Andy with a huge grin and warm welcome. By this time it was already gone 4pm and the time was ticking away. We did a quick test drive and Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had. When we returned to the forecourt we were introduced to each member of staff and offered a drink while we began finalising the paperwork. This is where we ran into a problem with the original finance company, but the incredible Julie stepped in and took matters into her own hands. Andy and Julie stayed on for nearly 2 hours past closing time to ensure we had the best deal possible and could drive away that day! And also insisted we let him know that we made it home safely! The care, consideration and customer service we were shown was beyond our hopes. Thank you so much to this brilliant team! Tasha and Lee
