Not so Karen. Friendly, helpful and professional, she fitted us in around our schedule and did a fantastic job. 2 of our 3 dogs are quite nervous, and we had issues with previous groomers. Again, not here. We would very much recommend Castle Hill grooming and will be taking our pets there in the future....and all at a reasonable price!
