        Agree with previous comments no one answer the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. Several times we went in to book meals on flight, I even called in the office and assured meals were sorted and I would get confirmation that night before they closed. Guess what no phone call and to top it off NO MEALS either not good when youve 3 kids and all been up since 3am !! Would not use again, I will book myself online in future

        No one ever answer the phone or calls back Ive constantly messaged them had automated messages from them saying that they will be in touch with me and nothing called 3 times in one day and repeatedly left massages for holidays in Cuba very disappointed

        Love this place, sophie who we booked with took all our worries away + organised everything, we did,nt worry at all, we felt in safe hands + she was there to help with everything, i,m booking my 2nd holiday with them in march, i feel very safe + in good hands with this company
