I have worked for runwood homes now for 2 year and progressed in my career to home manager, runwood homes are a great company to work for and enable you to progress up the career ladder, rowena house have an amazing staff group who work above and beyond there job role, Thankyou to all the staff for there amazing hard work during this difficult time!

I worked here as a bank care assistant whilst doing my nursing studies at university, the home has a very friendly and warm atmosphere it was liked my second home it didnt feel like a job we was all a big family residents as well! I am looking forward to the home opening to the public so i can return and see all staff and residents, all care staff make sure that residents are well looked after putting them first in any situation, management is very supportive and putting the residents first is their main priority in making sure that they feel comfortable and at home. I would recommend this home to anyone and would feel secure in knowing that if my family member resided in this home that they would be well looked after by staff.

Very good at my job top carer staff brilliant management there liars and deceitful unless you're related to management you will be able to do as you please. I was dismissed by management we'll set up to get rid .
