It took a while but once I understood that you can use the previous days Triage app link to book an appointment it was all plane sailing. The Doctor called me and was very helpful. I understand they are having difficulties keeping the receptionists motivated with all the abuse they are getting, shame a minority act like animals and are so rude. Keep up the good work.

contacted the surgery to arrange an appointment with a doctor after recently being discharged from hospital after suffering 2 cardiac arrests and 4 seizures being in an induced coma in intensive care then high dependencey unit. The female I attempted to speak to was unhelpful telling me to phone back tomorrow before hanging up??? The day after I received a phone call from the doctor who dealt with what I was originally calling about in a professional manner thankyou

Disgusting practice. Can never get hold of a doctor. Never any appointments and about as much sympathy to match.
