Great service! I ordered mine at 37 weeks (bit late) but lady on the phone was really helpful, they had one available. I called up after 3pm on a weds and it was with me by Friday lunchtime! So really quick delivery which was needed as I had left it so late. I ordered the mini pool, really good size and didnt take as long as I thought to fill. Very happy with the whole service, returns were quick and easy too and deposit refunded. Overall, at a time you just need things to be easy and uncomplicated, this was just that

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. The birthing pool arrived damaged which meant it couldnt be used as intended. The company took three months to reply to my complaint, and denied all responsibility for the damage. The two people I dealt with were unfriendly and less than sympathetic. I wouldnt recommend them.

Hired an Elle Tens machine. It arrived a few weeks before my EDD in a robust toddler proof box. Baby was post date but they were very happy to wait for me to return the machine once things had settled (baby arrived on Christmas Day!). The machine was absolutely excellent in what was a very quick and efficient birth.

Great company. I hired a Tens machine and bought a birthing ball at really reasonable prices. Ordering and returning was really simple. Would definitely recommend to my pregnant friends.
