Super friendly and always helpful staff. Post office does get busy but its a very busy villiage. Always get served in good time.

Tried to phone at 16.40 Thursday no answer again Friday 8 48 still no answer trying to trace parcel left by parcel force.

Excellent post office and gift shop. The owner is the most helpful and knowledge. They also have a great range of gifts, stationery and sweets so a convenient place to go if you have a last minute present to get in the post.

Never usually have issues but today I went in to collect items from Amazon. The lady who served me was very rude and not very helpful. So naturally getting a bit annoyed and stressed Im not able to get my parcels due to an error she was not at all helpful and very condescending aswell as clearly talking about me in another language so I couldnt understand, this then lead to a rather confrontational conversation as I refuse to be spoken to with attitude when all I would like is simple answers not a run around. Then when questioned on where the parcels could be sent on she said No which is fair enough. So to follow on asked her if they would be returned to Amazon and when, she wouldnt tell me when and because of this claimed I would accuse her of steal and take the items herself before her husband clarified the situation. Later I went back in with a copy of my parents ID as that was the name on the parcel, she said Oh not you again definitely not the attitude in customer service then finally reluctantly gave me my items. In future I recommend if there are issues she should learn how to suggest resolutions or explain the complete situation and what would follow on, I know it was just before closing time but seriously it was a joke of an experience I recommend using another Amazon collection point.
