This company is a complete joke and I am glad to hear it is closing down, yes that is right riding off into the sunset with peoples hard earned money, The park itself was great but the service from reeds was a joke, still no security deposit back after a month of returning, Caravan had two broken toilet seats that were suppose to be fixed every day we was there but surprise surprise they did not get fixed, Gemma who I believe is in charge constantly says that things will be done and then just does not do them! They never respond to messages and tried over charging me for passes, Avoid them like the plague and if you ever see the name reeds at tattershall then please do not be silly enough to use them,

My wife been try to get confirmation of the 950 she has paid on 3rd July 22 for this weekend for her mothers 80th birthday but still no reply from Gemma. Looking at the reviews its not a good company. Might have to get in touch with the Trading Standards, lets hope Gemma comes good, Ill keep you posted people Update, in the end we got a refund in 2 stages one from Gemma 850 and one from a person who we never dealt with before

Me and my partner stayed in a 8 berth caravan for 4 nights on 14th June, the caravan was spotless and spacious, however I am still waiting to receive my 100 damage deposit, I have forwarded 3 emails to the owner and only 1 has been responded to, however one email gone today, in this current cost of living crisis so far I am very disappointed, first time I have stayed in a reeds and will be my last

Awful company. You get ignored over and over, things that get said about the returning deposit changes all the time. The website still shows the 1st Wednesday after checkout you'll get the holding deposit back. They then say 14 working days, so be completely ignored, you shouldn't have to pester for what's rightfully yours. I personally wouldn't use them again, to much hard work. Tattershall as a place is a lovely place, jets going over, nice weather, lovely park, but I won't use this company to come again...
