This is the second time I've bought a cycle from here and have always had fabulous customer service and found everyone has excellent knowledge about the products available. Follow up servicing's have always been easy to book and carried out quickly and whenever I've need things replacing through wear and tear prices have been competitive, with turn around times being really quick. So glad I could use the cycle2work scheme and I'm looking forward to doing so again next time I can apply!

Bought my bike with the cycletowork scheme at Cleveland just before Christmas and can't thank the guys there enough. Aftercare is second to none. Anytime I need help with something bike related they are always happy to help. My new bike is awesome very reasonably priced. Shop is packed with everything you could need and the range of bikes and gear for such a small shop is crazy. Would highly recommend

Would not recommend to anyone who has a geared bike and need to do a new iner tube. I took mine. I got told next time do it myself.and my chain wasn't put on right and the wheel was out of place. Won't be returning ever
