Cheshire Design Centre

I phoned cheshire design centre to see if the shop was open to look at wood burners and thermal stores and have a general chat about them. I was told this was something different and they would charge me 100 pounds for a general chat, therefore i did not get chance to set foot in the shop and look at any of their products. I will be going elsewhere to buy my heating system where they will be happy to chat about their great products and knowledge for free.

James certainly knows his stoves. He helped us choose the right one for us and we are so glad we bit the bullet and opened up our fireplace. You only want to do this once, so its got to be right. Fantastic guy with us every step of the way ,had the fire fitted 8years ago ,slightly problem with the fire ,made a telephone call to the shop and he was with us in the next half a hour, no call out fee ,corrected the problem in minutes ,couldn't thank him enough Fantastic service

We are thrilled with the stove, which we purchased from Cheshire Design Company. They were so helpful and took time to discuss what would be the best stove for our situation and what we could accommodate in our existing chimney. They organised for the stove to be professionally fitted and they were even able to put us in touch with someone who could make us a stone fire surround and hearth. James was also invaluable in advising us on the best fuels to use on our stove. I would highly recommend this company.
